Hi again
guys :D in this occasion I’m going to talk about my presentation, lithic
materials. The lithics are rocks that remaining in the archaeological sites.
The lithics are important because survive the time and different conditions,
and which are we see today. The autor most important in the area is Sergei
Semenov, a Russian founder of the traceology. The traceology is a metod used
for study of analysis of traces of use, allowing for the archaeologists
know for that this use any lithic piece.
Other materials as woods or
leathers, for example, don’t survive very time and don’t exist in the archaeological sites, because is
that the lithics is very importants for the archaeologists.
Many times represent the only record of the distant past.
Through the study of the lithics you can see many things, as lifestyles,
ways to survive, artistic styles, etc.
The study of lithics is most important for me and very useful for the
archeology because we can see the most distance past, to the first habitants of
the territory.
And is possible theorize for the possible forms of the colonization
territory, where they came from, among other things.
